Spa Policy

Arrival Time

We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This

will allow ample time to fill out a client profile necessary to tailor our treatments to your personal

needs.

 

Cancellation Policy

Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. We require 24-hour advance notice in

order to cancel or reschedule most services without a fee. Any changes or cancellations made

after the 24-hour window are subject to a $25.00 fee. For full body appointments, we require a

48-hour notice for any change or cancellation with no charge. Failure to notify our office of any

change or cancellation prior to this 48-hour window is subject to a $50.00 fee. Facial

appointments and laser services that are 45 minutes or longer, based on our system timing, will

also incur a $50.00 fee for no-shows or any same-day cancellation or rescheduling. If your

appointment is not canceled within the required notice period, it will be considered confirmed. If

you are a no-show, you will be charged the full amount of the service(s) booked, which may

include the forfeit of the session(s) in any prepaid package. Please note that any no-show,

same-day cancellation, or same-day rescheduling fee is nonrefundable.

 

 

Late Arrival

All spa appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full pleasure of each

service. Please be aware that late arrivals have a 10-minute grace period from the scheduled

appointment time. If you anticipate being late, please notify the spa at least 15 minutes before

your appointment time by calling (305) 763-8331. If you arrive within the grace period, your

session will proceed as scheduled, though it may be shortened to accommodate subsequent

appointments. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may forfeit their appointment and will

be subject to the same-day cancellation or no-show fee, depending on the type of service

scheduled. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in order to remain on time

for all clients. Failure to notify us of a late arrival may be considered a no-show.

Refund/Return Policy

Unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days for a full refund.

Rendered services are final and no refund is provided due to merchant charges. Unused service

charges can be exchanged for other services or products upon availability.

Children and Pets Policy

Children are welcome in our spa but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

For their safety, children are not permitted inside treatment rooms due to laser equipment. Pets

are not allowed in the spa under any circumstances. Please note that our front desk and staff

members are not responsible for the supervision of children or pets and will not be held liable for

their safety.

 

Minors Policy

Clients under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times

during their visit. Minors cannot sign consent forms independently; a parent or legal guardian

must review and sign all necessary consent documentation. Additionally, a parent or guardian is

required to be present in the treatment room with the minor during any procedures.

 

Package Transfer and Exchange Policy

Clients are not permitted to transfer their packages to other areas or services, nor can they share

them with others. If a client wishes to exchange a package, a store credit will be issued for the

value of the unused credits from that package. This store credit can be applied to a new service,

and any difference in cost will need to be paid at the time of the exchange.

 

Membership Terms

Members are billed monthly and must provide a 30-day written notice to cancel. Unused

monthly sessions expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Memberships are

non-transferable and non-refundable. Additional details may be provided in the membership

agreement.

 

Health Conditions & Contraindications

Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, medications, or recent procedures prior to

your service. Some treatments may not be recommended for certain medical conditions or while

pregnant.
